Who We Are
Having grown in a coffee growing family, I experienced and realized how smallholder coffee farmers were marginalized and cheated by middle men and hence earned way little compared to what they ought to earn for their coffee.
This also led to compromise on coffee quality since the farmers didn't expect much which so happened even in our family.
Having realized this, we came up with a model that factors in youths to use coffee as a tool to create jobs for youth for the start as they work with smallholder coffee framers to ensure they earn from their coffee.

At Roy Coffee Processors and Exporters Company Ltd, we are driven by a passion for excellence and a commitment to delivering the finest Ugandan coffee to the world. Our journey began with a vision to not only process and export premium-quality coffee but also to uplift local farmers and the livelihoods of youth in their communities and contribute to the growth of Uganda's coffee industry.
As CEO, I am honored to lead a team that shares this dedication to quality, sustainability, and innovation. We believe that every cup of coffee tells a story—a story of relience and transformation, rich heritage, and the pursuit of perfection. That is why we are expanded our product range beyond green beans to include roasted and ground coffee as well as roasted beans, ensuring that our customers experience the rich flavors and aromas of Uganda's finest coffee.

Ssendegeya Aloysius
Chief Executive Officer
CEO of the company, holds a bachelors degree of Commerce but also possesses vast knowledge and experience in coffee growing and trading acquired from his historical family based farming background in the coffee-growing District of Masaka.
Moses Businge
Director / Exports Officer
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering. He has three years of experience in Software Development, Brand Management, and Digital marketing. He also leads the company innovation team for the coffee industry and value chain.
Musiimenta Doreen
Director
She holds a bachelors degree in business administration majoring in Finance and brings that strength to the team.
Peter Ndumu
Board Member
Peter is passionate about economic empowerment, particularly in agriculture and agribusiness, and is committed to fostering partnerships that uplift local coffee farmers and entrepreneurs. His leadership ensures that Roy Coffee continues to operate with integrity, innovation, and a commitment to sustainability.
